Try this delicious, gut-friendly pancake recipe! It’s easy to make, packed with nutrients, and a perfect way to build a healthy gut for your kids from the start. Jumping into the recipe:


Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup organic whole chickpeas

• 1/2 cup A2 milk

• 150g block of paneer

• 1 tbsp organic red rice flour (plain rice flour works too)

• 1/2 tsp organic jaggery • Pinch of baking soda

A2 ghee (for cooking)

• Organic agave syrup (for drizzling)


Method:

1. Soak the chickpeas and milk overnight.

2. In the morning, blend the soaked chickpeas, milk, paneer, and rice flour until smooth.

3. Add jaggery and a pinch of baking soda to the batter. You can also add a small pinch of salt, if desired. Beat the mixture well.

4. Heat A2 ghee in a pan and pour in the batter, making pancakes to your preferred size.

5. Cook both sides until golden and crispy. 6. Serve with a drizzle of organic agave syrup for a natural sweetness!
