Here’s a simple, wholesome recipe that I love preparing for my family:
Ingredients:
• 1 box of locally grown King Oyster Mushrooms from @rootz_organics
• 1 tablespoon Cold Pressed Olive Oil from Syria (@rootz_organics)
• 1 teaspoon organic pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• Water for boiling
Method:
1. In a pan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the mushrooms and let them boil for 2 minutes, then drain the water.
