Ingredients
1 cup organic millet
2 cups water
3 tablespoons A2 ghee
Salt to taste
200g A2 paneer
Salt to taste
Optional: chopped cilantro for garnish
Method
Rinse the organic millet under cold water until the water runs clear.
In a saucepan, add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
Add the rinsed millet and a pinch of salt to the boiling water.
Reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until the millet is tender and water is absorbed.
Once cooked, fluff the millet with a fork and mix in 2 tablespoons of ghee until well combined.
Cut the A2 paneer into cubes or slices according to your preference.
In a non-stick pan, heat 1 tablespoon of ghee over medium heat.
Add the paneer pieces to the pan and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
Cook the paneer for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Once cooked, transfer the paneer to a serving plate.
Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired.
Serve hot with A2 paneer on the side. Serve hot alongside the Organic Millet Ghee Rice. Enjoy!
