Recommended use:
Place 2 cups of water in a wide bottom pan and bring to a boil. Stir in 1 cup quinoa, cover, and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 18 to 23 minutes or until all water is absorbed. When quinoa is properly cooked, you can see little curled “tails” emerged from the seeds. Then you can use the quinoa as a base of a salad or a side addition to your meal.
