Organic Sprouted Ragi Flour is made from sprouting  ragi, drying and stone grinding them.

Rotis made with this flour are the softest and will melt in your mouth. Morever, since the ragi granules are sprouted, it makes it easier for the body to absorb the nutrients better.

Ragi (finger millet) is one of the oldest cultivated millet in India.

It is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. It exhibits anti-diabetic, anti-microbial and anti-ulcerative properties.

Traditionally in south India, ragi is used in diabetic management, as a baby food and as a calcium supplement.
